From install to a live FAQ

Install it, add the block, done.

  1. Install from the App Store

    Approve the app. The store joins your Actually Asked account as a site, or a new account is made for it.

  2. Products and policies are read

    Your catalogue, your pages and your store policies become the sources every answer comes from.

  3. Shipping and returns, drafted and pinned

    The first two entries are written from your own policies and pinned to the top. Edit or unpin them any time.

  4. Add the block where you want it

    In your theme editor, add Actually Asked FAQ to the product page, a FAQ page or both.

  • A theme app block

    Place the FAQ on any page in the theme editor. Colours, spacing and entries are block settings.

  • Product FAQs

    Each product can have its own entries, shown first, with your store-wide ones filling the rest.

  • Billed by Shopify

    When your account has a store from the Shopify App Store, the charge appears on your Shopify bill.
