Refund and return policy generator
Answer a few questions about how returns work at your store. You get a refund and return policy in plain words, to paste into your store as text or HTML. Free, no account.
A template to adapt, not legal advice. Check it against the rules where you sell, such as the 14 days the EU gives online shoppers to change their mind.
Answer what people still ask about it
Shoppers still ask about returns and shipping in their own words. Actually Asked answers them on your pages from this policy and the rest of your site, adds the questions they ask most to your FAQ, and shows you what it couldn't answer.
