Manage your FAQ from Claude

Add Actually Asked to Claude as a custom connector. Then ask Claude what visitors asked this week, review the suggested questions, or set up a new site. It writes answers only from your own pages.

Connect it once

Connect Claude in 4 steps.

Nothing to install, on every plan, free included.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds the connector under Organization settings → Connectors first. Then each person chooses Connect in Customize → Connectors.

Try asking

Three requests to start with.

Paste one into Claude. It reads and changes your questions, FAQ, groups, page rules, leads and widget settings, and writes answers only from your own pages.

  • Set up Actually Asked on my siteInstall the FAQ widget, add tags where a page's questions are about one product, add a full FAQ page, and check it works.
  • Review my FAQGo through the suggested entries and placements: publish what's right, fix wording from your pages, and group related questions.
  • This week's questionsWhat visitors asked this week, what went unanswered, and the leads waiting for a reply.

The same rules as the dashboard

It works for you. It never overrules you.

  • Your plan's limits

It can do what your plan allows and nothing more.

  • Your edits stay yours

Removed questions stay removed, and nothing it writes is rewritten by the system.

  • It asks before deleting

Deleting a group or a page rule, or discarding a question, waits for your yes.

  • Disconnect any time

Every connected app is listed in your account, with a Disconnect button.
