Terms of service
Actually Asked is operated by Petar Risteski ("we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Your account
- You need to be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per login. To work with others, invite them to your account rather than sharing a password. Tell us at hello@actuallyasked.com if you think someone else has used yours.
- An account's admins manage its plan and its people, and can remove anyone from it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Actually Asked for anything illegal, or to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
- Do not try to break, overload or get around the service's security or limits.
- Do not resell access or scrape the service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
Your content
You keep every right to what you put into Actually Asked. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to run the service for you. How your data is handled is in the privacy policy.
Billing
A plan belongs to an account and covers every site in it, up to the number of sites the plan includes; sites beyond that pause until the account upgrades or removes one. Paid plans are billed through Dodo Payments, or through your store platform's billing when you install Actually Asked from its app store, at the price shown at checkout, plus any tax that applies. A plan renews each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no partial refunds for the time left in it.
The service
We work to keep Actually Asked available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove features; if a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you by email first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Ending
You can stop using Actually Asked and delete your profile at any time from your profile page. These terms stop applying when your profile is deleted, apart from the parts that by their nature should survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Questions go to hello@actuallyasked.com.
