A Shopify MCP server for your store's FAQ
Install the Actually Asked app on your store, then connect your AI assistant. It reads what shoppers ask, writes product FAQs from your products and policies, and keeps the FAQ on your store current.
Connect it once
Set it up in 4 steps.
Connecting an assistant is on every plan, free included.
Shopify's own MCP servers work with your catalogue, carts and developer docs. This one works with what shoppers ask, so you can connect both.
Steps
- Install the Actually Asked app on your Shopify store. The store gets an account of its own, and your products, pages and policies are read.
- Add the address below to your assistant. Each assistant's steps are on its own page.
- Sign in when it asks, and pick your store's account. A store installed from Shopify has no password, so choose Email me a sign-in link.
- Ask it about your store, in your own words.

Your edits stay yours
Removed questions stay removed, and nothing it writes is rewritten by the system.
-
It asks before deleting
Deleting a group or a page rule, or discarding a question, waits for your yes.
